ENVIRONMENTAL
MITIGATION
Environmental mitigation involves addressing the adverse effects on the environment caused by human activities, particularly those associated with
highway, energy, water, and other infrastructure projects. Initially, efforts should prioritize avoiding negative environmental impacts, such as by
considering project relocation to a more suitable location if feasible. When relocation is not possible, employing science-based strategies becomes
crucial to minimize these impacts. Ultimately, if environmental impacts cannot be entirely avoided, implementing appropriate compensation
measures becomes necessary.
Some of the projects we have completed:
•
Daftner Wetland mitigation for waste management
•
